Sophisticated Crafting Upgrade is not recognized by EMI as a crafting table

The crafting upgrade is not seen as a crafting table so it's not possible to auto fill crafting or view available recipes.
This is probably a sophisticated core issue but I am not sure so I put it here.

Have you got JEI installed as well? That I believe should help here if not then you will need to wait for when there's EMI compat added in Sophisticated mods. Currently they are only compatible with JEI, but REI / EMI usually use this JEI compatibility and support most of the features.
Yes, installing JEI does allow EMI to auto move items, but it doesn't show available craftable recipes in EMI at all.
I am guessing this is an EMI compatibility feature that needs to be implemented then.
REI does show the available craftable recipes from player inventory but does not show available crafting recipes from items in the chest and does not support auto moving item.
