Barrels break by themselves

Hey, this is a strange one but I got reports of self breaking barrels in my modpack a few times already. It does seem like its quite a rare bug and there is nothing in the logs about it. Best what I got is this clip from a stream:

it happened more than once on stream. They often break completely dropping items on the ground

Definitely not coming from my mod. I don't really have any breaking code, just code that figures out what is supposed to drop once the block is broken and code that prevents breaking when there are two many items in the storage block.
Given that it actually doesn't break in this clip I would have guessed perhaps some mod is changing how breaking animation renders / optimizes it or something similar.
But if it actually breaks I really have no idea what that other mod is doing. If you can narrow it down to what mod is doing it I can take a look at whether there's anything that needs changing on my side, but highly doubt there's anything to change. Also Sophisticated Storage is used in some really popular modpacks like ATM so really a lot of players playing with it and this is the first time I am hearing of anything like this so you can probably use the other modpacks to exclude all the mods they have as ones that are not the culprit in your modpack
Ye I dont have high hopes of finding the culprit as I wasn't able to reproduce the bug but I can confirm that they do actually break, its just in this clip there is only this animation.
You have any additional info for me or should I just close? The only thought that I have here is that someone was trolling on the server breaking these while being invisible.
