Yup that requires an extra implementation because it's actually parrots recognizing the jukebox block and that it's playing. So doing this for sophisticated would require extra implementation to make them recognize storage with jukebox that's playing (and for backpacks jukebox upgrade playing in backpack that player / entity is wearing). I may do this when I have time.
