Non-Sophisticated Storage containers (Furnaces, normal chests) voiding items (Forge 1.20.1)

It appears as if having Sophisticated Storage mods installed is causing containers not from the mod (vanilla only?) to void their contents, notably furnaces and normal chests. While I couldn't trigger this consistently, it did seem that this wouldn't happen when the mods weren't installed after some testing.
Notably, this has also seemed to happened with dropped items.
The log actually displays nothing in regards to this, no mention of the inventories being cleared by any means, so it's difficult to really determine the source definitively, only having removed the Sophisticated mods

I don't add anything that could cause this - specifically have no mixins so it would be extremely hard for sophisticated storage to be the cause.
Anyway I would need more info to be able to recreate because as you can imagine I test with vanilla inventories and even though I have seen one more report of something like this never got any info I could use to recreate there. And given that so many players play with this mod I would imagine I would have issue tracker swamped with issues if it caused item loss like this. Perhaps mod list could help to narrow this down?

I'll provide a modlist, though I should note, there's a lot of mods here, it may be difficult (or perhaps not worthwhile) scouring through the entire list, so I've also provided a list of mods that were recently updated/added
Apologies if this is too vague or out of your way

had similar issues. playing vault hunters 1.18.2, and when i middle click, (Think it was middle click), the stacks would uncompress to stacks of 64. everything that goes over is voided.

@Hadies-Alchemist that's an issue of the sort mod that you're using that splits stacks to max 64 and throws away anything that doesn't fit. you need to be using sophisticated sorting in sophisticated inventories so that this doesn't happen

I'd like to close this, as it turns out with more testing without Sophisticated core, the issue persists
