When using a storage controller the filter "match mod" doesnt work, when i try to put in a new item in a controller while i have a chest linked to it with the filter the match mod in a chest it just doesnt do anything (pneumaticcraft: represurized, atm 10 to the sky)

It does work if the item i try to put in already is inside the chest.

I assume the chest is locked correct? Or you're only trying to put the item in by right clicking the controller with item in hand?
You would want to keep it unlocked and only piping would be able to insert new ones that do not exist in there.
I can potentially take a look at what it would mean to support right click stashing items that do not exist in the storage if the storage has filter upgrade, but am afraid that it would overcomplicate the code quite a bit.
