is it on your side that quark features are not showing up between containers? like the extract and import stuff or do need quark add this?
also the trashslot isnt on the correct place of the trashslot mod?

The icons for enchanted books are also not present when viewed through an Sophisticated Storage container / backpack

Quark's config allows you to specify what extra GUIs you want quark's features to be applied to, in the quark-common.toml file
For sophisticated storage, this would be "net.p3pp3rf1y.sophisticatedstorage.client.gui.StorageScreen"
