Modded Mobs Don't Work

Minecraft: 1.15.2
Forge: 1.15.2-31.1.27
Mod: 1.2.0-15
When I kill any modded mob such as the AquaCultrue 2 Jellyfish, or the Mekanism Baby Mobs, or the Quark Toretoise I do not collect any souls. When I look into my config file for whether or not the mob is enabled I only see vanilla mob entries.
