Bug description
When moving more than 15 blocks away from a playing jukebox, the sound will suddenly cut off as if it was occluded: audible, but only barely. The only setting I found which extended this 15 block limit was Attenuation. Block occlusion increased the volume of the sound after the 15 blocks, but did not extend the cutoff point.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Enable moving sounds.
Make a superflat.
Place a jukebox and play a disc.
Walk away to a distance of at least 16 blocks.

Expected behavior
I expected the sound to continue slowly attenuating over distance, rather than abruptly.
