Bug description
When I have the hear self turned on in config, the echoes that come back to me are extremely quiet. No SVC volume settings make a difference, and other people's echoes are completely normal.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Ensure Hear Self is enabled in config
2. Find a cavern or other echo-y room
3. Speak to self

Expected behavior
I'd hear myself echoing just as loudly as everyone else.

Other mods
Simple voice chat, sodium, lithium, indium, continuity, ferritecore, lazydfu, clothconfig, modmenu (side note: mod menu doesn't even do anything for this mod lol).
