Bug description
On my client (playing on a Paper server, 1.19.2, Fabric) running this mod (latest commit as of writing), minecarts do not create any sounds at all. When you are in a minecart, the "whooshing" sound plays, but any unmanned minecarts of any variety are silent

Steps to reproduce the issue
Create a rail track and place a minecart on it
Propel the minecart (via powered rails or pushing it)
Notice the lack of sound

Expected behavior
Minecarts should produce a rattling sound as they go along their rails, even if the player isn't in them.

Fabulously Optimized mods plus MiniHUD. I don't have time now, but I will update later with a test with only the physics mod installed

edit: this is probably the moving sounds feature let me check

yeah if you want it to play you need to enable moving sounds... I wonder if it makes sense to play the sounds normally without physics instead of not playing them at all when this is disabled?
