When starting the game, when we see the Mojang logo, the "Resource reload failed" window pops up in the upper right corner. The game resets and reloads the resource packs every time you log into the game. This is annoying, as you have to constantly install resource packs over and over again.

I figured it out! The reason for this reset was the Artifacts 9.2.0 mod. Ask why? Honestly, I don't know!
