Footsteps Bug - Frostwalker Boots can be heard by other players?

Describe your issue.

I am playing with this mod on Minecraft 1.21 as a part of DB's Minecraft PLUS 1.0.2 modpack. When playing on LAN with my wife, I can hear her footsteps, but only when she is wearing Frost Walker boots. The moment she takes them off, I can no longer hear her footsteps.

In the worst case scenario, the footsteps seem very glitchy, and it sounds like she is walking extremely fast. This makes the sound effects play constantly, and a game crash is often times followed by this.

I may have the wrong mod here... I have the Sounds v1.1.1+1.21 mod installed, as well as a mod called Sound Physics Remastered v1.21.1.4.5 installed. It could be the physics mod causing this, but I thought this might have some more to do with the Sounds mod.

Any help or advice you can give would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.

You're using a severely outdated version of sounds, you should consider using 2.1.0 for 1.21 instead of 1.1.1

Ah, wow. Yeah I'll give that a try. I didn't even realize as I got this through a modpack on Prism launcher... I'll update here once I've given that a go.

I havent heard back from you, going to assume this is fixed! If its still broken please reopen the issue and share your logs again on the updated version of sounds. 👍
