Describe Your Issue

After disabling and uninstalling the mod, I cannot remove the sound that plays when scrolling onto an item in the hotbar.

Steps to Reproduce

I've tried changing the config settings, deleting the config, & reinstalling the mod but nothing seems to work. All the other mod's sounds are gone but not the hotbar item sound.

That's physically not possible. See if you have another mod installed which adds that feature.
