[Bug/Crash] Mod specific button crashes client trying to access config from in-game?

Attempting to access the mod specific options from the in-game menu causes the game to crash completely out of the game and returns a crash report.
Normally I expect it to enter the menu for this but every time the game just refuses to go further and crashes out instead.
I have not seen identical issues appear yet with similar context to this bug but have not seen this happen in prior versions. Thought I should bring this to your attention just in case.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the game with Sounds + dependencies installed.
- Go to the game's options menu, navigate to the audio settings and click on the sounds menu.
- Click on the "Mod Specific" options button. (client crashes here)
- From here game closes and returns a crash report.
