When moving items in your inventory with a hotkey a sound should play.

I think this should work for both moving an item to a hotbar slot (hovering an item and pressing 1 to move it to your first slot) and moving from a hotbar slot (hovering an empty slot and pressing 5 to move your fifth slot to the empty one).

You can also move items like this with the offhand slot.
