Loud Clicking noise when used with Inventorio

When used alongside https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/inventorio , a loud clicking noise that cannot be turned off in the config plays everytime the inventory is opened

it would occur when you toggle the inventorio inventory using the toggle on the top right of the inventory

Same problem, it is happening when only inventorio toggle is opened.
