Describe the bug
I'm unsure which mod causes this, so forgive me if it's Artifacts -

Before even getting to the main menu, these two mods crash together despite having seemingly nothing to do with each other. Notably, it's not the fault of any dependencies - the crash isn't triggered with the same mod set without Artifacts, nor with the same mod set without Sounds. Log below!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Sounds 0.5.0 and Artifacts 9.3.0 together (with dependencies, of course) on Quilt
2. Launch the game
3. See error

Regardless of if quilt "works" with fabric mods (which is doesn't by the way) - I cannot provide support for it and cannot ensure my mods work on it.

Sounds is a Fabric mod, not a quilt one. It's marked as "Fabric" on modrinth, not "Fabric+Quilt"

Definitely should have clarified outside of the logs that this is on Quilt, which supports both individually and supports most Fabric mods without issue. This happens with just the two mods and their dependencies alone, though, so there seems to be some incompatibility somewhere, although I have no idea where that could be.
