This is a bug in ExtraSounds aswell, and is still prominent here :(

The sound is different here and doesn't really loop. (Though, it may play several times randomly while holding something)

This isn't a bug - extra sounds applies slowness when you're carrying something. Disable the negative potion effect sounds if you want to silence it.
