
[Suggestion + Bug] Update modloader compatability on respective pages, does not boot on MacOS

I completely respect the decision to not provide support for Quilt, but this this incompatibility should be made clear on the Modrinth page. I encountered a very very weird issue where Minecraft would not make it past the Mojang loading screen ONLY on MacOS, and not Windows. I spent hours debugging the modpack, eventually leading to a binary search to find Sounds as the culprit mod. To prevent future incidents like this, please make this clear. Love your work, thank you!

It's already clear on the Modrinth page, Quilt isn't listed as a compatible modloader on any versions of the mod.
Fair, however, it is mostly expected that fabric mods work on quilt. For end users to expect that Sounds could be an extremely rare case of an incompatible fabric mod with qml is unfair. I'd be happy to add metadata for quilt or to simply print a warning in the console. Apologies if I sound entitled
