When I just play the frame rate and the fps indicator is stable, but if I pick up the brewing stand, the frame rate begins to deteriorate with a certain frequency and fps drops

You have essential installed, this mod causes extremely difficult to debug incompatibilities. Please remove it and see if the issue is still occuring.
