Question: Network stats missing on MacOS

I've started running a local test server on a spare MacMini, running MacOS. It looks like network stats are not presented.
MacOS Monterey 12.6.6
Java 20.0.1
Paper 1.19.4-545
Spark 1.10.39-b377
Network stats are calculated/presented on CentOS with the same Java, Paper, and Spark (not presented with Spigot, of course).
Is that the intent?
Documentation states quite clearly
