Description

I'm using the Player Roles mod v1.6.6 on my server to give permissions for various commands to all players. However, when I set it to allow Spark commands, the players receive a message from Spark (with the lightning icon) saying they do not have permission to use the command. I'm not encountering this issue with any of our other commands, either modded or vanilla, and the no-permission message is formatted as a Spark message, so it appears to be something in Spark itself which is preventing players from being given that permission.

Reproduction Steps

• Install Spark (v 1.10.53 for Fabric)
• Install Player Roles (v 1.6.6)
• Set the "spark" command to "allow" in the "roles.json" config from Player Roles under the default role of "everyone"
• Use any /spark command in-game
• Receive message "You do not have permission to use this command"

Expected Behaviour

Ideally, I would like to enable all players to use certain spark commands, such as opening the active profile or using the tickmonitor and TPS features. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if something in Spark prevents this.
