Description

I hoped to hide the /spark command on the /help page from regular players on my server.
I don't see any use for regular players to see this command.

I've tried to add the spark root permission and the sub permissions to luckperms with their values set to false.
When I apply the changes however, I still see the /spark command in my suggestions and in the /help page.
When I try to run /spark or /spark help, I get the error "You do not have permission to use this command." as I expect.

Proposed Behaviour

When you don't have permissions to the root node spark, then don't show the command in the /help page and don't show the command in the suggestions list.

Extra Details

I've tried to find any existing implementation in the Github repo and in the docs but couldn't find anything related to this issue.
I've also tried to disable the spark command using the universal perms mod but that didn't help either.

I'm running spark on a Fabric server but think that this applies to more platforms.
