Config doesn't affect addons' weapons' attributes

When I make an addon for Spartan Weaponry the values in config don't affect it's weapons' attributes.

Sorry for the long reply.
I'm gonna have to find a way to properly expose the config values to addon mods so they can be configured correctly. Gonna have to look into it a bit more and find out what to do.
