When attempting to apply a Potion Oil to any compatible weapon, the oil doesn't transfer the potion info correctly, resulting in the weapon having a potion oil applied to it with no potion effect on it.
This applies to both crafting and using the oil in the player's off-hand.
Applying it via commands however does work properly.
