Im unable to craft much of the mods contents because it will say that im "missing item in tag 'forge:ingots/silver" or /lead or whatever other types of ingots were added in the mod. How should i fix this?

You need to download a mod that provides specific materials to craft these types of items. For example, you can download a mod that adds silver ore and ingots, lead ore and ingots, or both. This will allow you to craft silver or lead variants of the weapons provided by Spartan Weaponry. Of course, this will only work if the mod is properly tagged with forge:ingots/silver or forge:ingots/lead
