Example: after crafting ore core using iron ore, in uncrafting table we can uncraft it to get other material like diamond ore etc.

I'm pretty sure the consensus is that the uncrafting table is just game-breaking like that. Most modpacks disable it to prevent people from abusing it. Given all that, I don't think there's anything to do on this end.
