After the first day the sunflowers only exhibit Evening and Night behaviors and completely ignore the time of day. NAturally or with console commands this occurs, even placing new ones will not have the time pose set properly.

The only way to get them to properly track time is by setting the time to "day" or "noon". Adding time doesn't work. Waiting doesn't work either.
