World deadlock on dedicated servers (still, oh my god)

Something is causing world deadlocks on deadicated servers. We already know doing stuff at "EntityJoinLevelEvent" involves risks, but at this point I am going insane. Either a specific entity of ours is doing something shady when initialized, or we should consider listening to a different event such as finalize spawn or something.
