Game crashes when creating mammutilation

I built a structure and when lightning struck the lightning rod the game crashed ( Species v2.2-forge )

Same issue, (I was not on a server I use not enough crashes) Description: Ticking entity
Haven't the devs tried fixing this multiple times and failed? It's unfortunate because it's the only reason why I don't have it in my personal modpack.
Same issue here, crash log is similar to the other two posted. Interestingly, it seems that the lightning bolt is the ticking entity rather than the Mammutilation itself. Really hope the devs fix this asap, it's crazy to me that there are countless showcases for this mod and not one of them mentions this game-breaking bug... At the very least they could post a version without the Mammutilation content so that the mod is usable in the meantime.
