I found a big sphere of Spectrite Bone Blocks but can't mine any of them. Why can't I?

I'm using a Pickaxe from Silent's Gems too if that might be the issue.

If I recall correctly, Forge is built with references to only Vanilla's tool tiers, and I don't know any way to identify tools more powerful than diamond from other mods. What I did was add a hardcoded exception for the Spectrite Pickaxe to be able to mine these. That's just the way it is. Perhaps there is a way to fix this at this point, but I didn't know of any at the time of adding this block and I am not actively developing mods anymore.
