Describe the bug
I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended behavior so to be on the safe side I'll report it just in case.

When using regents, some of the brewed effects may vary from applying it to all potions to being selective to one brew

I'm curious if some of this behavior with it applying to just one bottle with some regents is intentional or not

To Reproduce
Requires a bit of toying around but one example is trying to make brews using the storm stone regent alongside some stat boosting regents; the outcome is only one brew having the storm stone regent applied to.

oh on another note both nocturnal and antidone recipes added by the biome overhaul compact you made are missing ink_color paramiters
