Describe the bug
When the color picker is full, adding any more color to it will max out the added color

To Reproduce
Completely fill color picker, the bar will say it's at 99%
Add more ink
???
Add yet more ink of another color

Expected behavior
No more ink added

Actual Behavior
Lots more ink added
