Describe the bug
While running Spectrum and Farmer's Delight together, spectrum completely messes up the enchants you can apply on the knives from Farmer's Delight. The issue happens only when trying to apply enchantment books, enchanting the knife in the enchantment table appears to work correctly. I'll attach screenshots to show you the enchantments (using the EMI Enchanting Addon) with and without Spectrum being loaded in. This issue only happens in survival mode, while in creative I can apply all the enchantments to the tool. "/enchant" command reports that the tool cannot support that enchantment. I think Spectrum might be thinking that knives are pickaxes for some reason, therefore it overrites enchantments to make them pickaxe-like. I noticed that, if for example I apply Sharpness IV to a knife in creative mode and I put two knives with Sharpness IV in the anvil on survival, I correctly get Sharpness V knife therefore it leads me to believe that something is going on with just the enchantment books and anvil. This has been tested on a minimal instance with just Spectrum, Farmer's Delight, Farmer's Knives (I forgot to remove it when testing initially and writing the issue, but it's irrelevant as the same thing happens after removing it) and EMI (and it's addons).

To Reproduce

1. Put any knife from Farmer's Delight (ex. diamond knife) in the left-most slot in the anvil and a book (ex. Sharpness V, Looting III) in the center slot, like you would usually try and apply a book to any tool.

Expected behavior
Book is applied correctly to the knife.
