Describe the bug
Version 1.8 added a new advancement, spectrum:milestones/unlock_ink_use, which triggers automatically when you unlock spectrum:midgame/spectrum_midgame. However, if you already have spectrum:midgame/spectrum_midgame unlocked and then upgrade your world to 1.8, the new advancement does not trigger. This locks you out of both crafting and using anything ink-powered.

To Reproduce

• Load a world created in version 1.7 with version 1.8
• Observe that all ink-powered items have their recipes and entries locked
• Observe that all ink-powered items can't be used

Expected behavior
Updating to version 1.8 should not break all ink-powered items
