Describe the bug
Wither can break preservation stairs, walls, and slabs.

To Reproduce
Create a fight between a wither and any mobs in a cage of the blocks listed.

Expected behavior
Preservation stairs, walls, and slabs should share the same unbreakable tag with preservation blocks.
