Describe the bug
1.Somtimes,Pipe Bomb charging partical will only spawn in the same direction.
2.After using Pipe Bomb,Every item use animation will also spawn partical.

To Reproduce
use a Pipe Bomb,than use food,drink,nature_staff and so on

Expected behavior
A fix.
By the way,can pipe bomb be a little...cheaper?
