Describe the bug
Moonstone chiseled basalt/calcite will lose texture when facing up when using Gen 1 Texture
Model lost/incorrect when placing shimmerstone lights
Preservation Block sometimes use latest texture instead of Gen 1

To Reproduce
Use Gen 1 Texture.
Place a moonstone chiseled block, facing up by using debug stick.
Place stone shimmerstone light and other shimmerstone lights.
Randomly place some preservation stone or find a random puzzle ruins.

Expected behavior
No texture lost
