Add the option to show no decimal places (mm:ss) and 1 decimal place

I know some people don't like to see all those digits going by so fast, so they use either just minutes and seconds, or only a single decimal place. I'd guess that would be reasonably quick to implement (?) - a lot of runners (myself included!) would really appreciate it :)
