So, i've set up server and it works, but when me or someone else trying to join it says mod version mismatch and types THE SAME VERSION AS I HAVE ON CLIENT AND SERVER. Idk what's wrong, maybe caused by sinytra connector? Or some else

Yes very likely. 1.21.1 has native platform support for NeoForge, I recommend playing that.:)
