Spell Engine version 1.8.3+1.21.1 and above - No Poison damage

Spell Engine version 1.8.3+1.21.1 and above broke the Poison effect. You do not take damage from Poison when Spell Engine 1.8.3+1.21.1 or above is installed. I tried downgrading to 1.8.2+1.21.1, and it fixed the issue.
