You can download the file here. It's based on the latest version of the mod. Please let me know if there's anything that needs to be changed.

Thank you so much for getting back to me and for pointing me in the right direction. My apologies for using the Issue tracker by mistake.I will work on creating a Pull Request with the localization file instead. I'll link this issue in the PR for reference.
