This mod is incompatible with the Item Split Bug Fix Mod. Took me a while to figure out because it seems to only be incompatible with it in COMBINATION with some other mods. Some examples of mods that break in combination are Mermod or Vampirism.

Versions: (BEFORE SUBMITTING A BUG REPORT, make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of Spelunkery, Moonlight Lib and Supplementaries)

Spelunkery version: 1.20.1-0.3.15
Moonlight Lib version: 1.20-2.13.48
Forge version: 1.20.1-47.3.12

Spelunkery (and Moonlight Lib) + Split Item Bug Fix = No crash
Spelunkery (and Moonlight Lib) + Mermod = No crash
Spelunkery (and Moonlight Lib) + Split Item Bug Fix + Mermod = Crash

Same if you replace Mermod with Vampirism.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

1. Activate Spelunkery, Split Item Bug Fix and either Vampirism or Mermod (plus any requirements)
2. Enter a world. Can be a new world but doesn't have to be.
3. Use F5 to go into Third Person and look around.

The crash doesn't ONLY happen in Third Person but it happened consistently there while being very inconsistent in First Person.

I'm not really expecting you to fix it or anything, I just wanted to let you know about it and have it here for posterity and so that if anyone has this issue in the future they won't have to figure it out by going through mods one by one.
