AppleSkin changed up FoodHelper and added an event for mods to hook into to change the displayed food values: https://github.com/squeek502/AppleSkin/blob/1.16-fabric/java/squeek/appleskin/api/event/FoodValuesEvent.java

Don't have maven builds set up yet, though (squeek502/AppleSkin#73). Once that is set up, I'll try to write a PR to get things working again.
