Cake (and other placed foods) Don't Register as 'Eaten' in Carrot Mode

As in title, cakes and other tile entity foods don't add to your health and keep the 'This smells mysteriously unfamiliar' tooltip.

Minecraft: 1.19.2
Fabric: 0.14.14
Spice of Fabric: 1.6.0-beta.2+1.19.2
