Raising Other Attributes

I'd like to ask if you'd be able or willing to make spice of life carrot able to influence more than just health.
Things I'm thinking of are things like those in level up reloaded or improveable skills 3 only using food. Where on each food rung you can set one or multiple different rewards for reaching them. For example half a heart upgrade. half a heart bonus damage, a tiny touch of movement speed up or even some kind of natural armor/hardness bonus. or at the very least maybe a configurable set dump of xp points.
The idea comes to mind from the dungeon maker series where food is literally the leveling up currency in a way, which improves your stats and strength as the game progresses. I was hoping you could do something inspired by that, only minecraft related.
This is interesting... as when you reach the cap for health you can apply the upgrades somewhere else, like increasing your base Attack Damage, base Damage Reduction, Base Movement Speed & such.
A bit of a thing with Armor/Hardness... if you choose to have it add onto your Armor Points, there is a cap where it won't reduction the damage taken any further if you have a high enough armor value, even with 'Attribute Fix'.
I recall 'Level up Reloaded' having this sort of skill where if you upgrade the 'Iron Skin' skill fully... you can have up to 50% Base Damage Reduction, which stacks with Armor & Protection Enchantments for even further damage reduction. Perhaps something like that could be made to decrease all damage taken by x% depending on how many points you put into it as you eat food. The x could be a configurable value, perhaps, same with adding to Attack Damage & such.
