[1.19.2 / Tweak] Turning pages making click sound instead of special one.

Description
When you turning pages in vanilla minecraft written book, you are getting page turning sounds, even in SoL: Carrot Edition they are using them too. It is better to change them to match that thing. Small but QoL.
To Reproduce
Open food book and turn pages.
Mod version and Forge version
Minecraft 1.19.2
