[Bug]: Spawn Conditions inverted

Bug Description

The default tier 4 Soul Cage has ignoreSpawnConditions set to false. In JEI, however, it shows the inverse:

How to Reproduce?

Expected Behavior

This appears to be just a bug in the JEI description as the spawners still function as expected.
