[Bug]: witches can leave chunk

Bug Description

I play the modpack Steampunk LPS.
Now I used Spirit to create a witch spawner. Then I try to move them, they stuck at the chunk border, like there is a invisible wall.

Didn't test it with the Mod Spirit only yet.
