The dimension will be known as the Spooky Sands. The terrain should be made up of Soul Sand as grass, a new sand-like bone block as dirt, and a new stone-like bone block (not the Box' o Bones) as stone. Also add a bunch of new ores, entities, plants, etc. to make the dimension cooler. The biome should be exclusively for this dimension, and will also be known as Spooky Sands.

Added the dimension, and a teleporter called the Dimensional Gateway. Still need to add biome and ores/entities/plants/etc., but this issue is closed.
